I bought a ring in march at Brea as a gift to myself for starting a new job I had the ring for about 4 months and unfortunately a Swarovski diamond fell off. I was in the area and I decided to stop at this location to ask if there was anything they could do or if I was supposed to go to the Brea Mall where I had originally bought the ring to replace it. Today I went to the store to look at rings. Only one person was working there. I asked him if I could try on the rings. He gave them to me impatiently because they didn't fit me well. I didn't buy them. Then when I was leaving, the clerk said, "We don't have the money to buy this." I was very surprised that this was what the clerk said. Don't come to this store

The service was terrible—worse than no service at all. When I asked if they had a 14K or 18K necklace, the saleswoman immediately responded, "Just letting you know, the 14K or 18K necklaces start at least $1,500," without even showing me where they were. Is $1,500 really that much? Maybe to her. It was almost laughable—she's selling crystal, not a five-carat diamond. Unbelievable… With that attitude, she’d be better suited to working behind the scenes or at least receiving proper training before dealing with customers.
