I went into the shop today to look for a gift for my wife and Ruth was just amazing, I couldn’t have asked for better help! She showed me many different pieces based off what I was looking for and was very patient with me when I couldn’t decide on what to pick. She ended up helping me find the perfect necklace for my wife who ended up loving it!
Terrible customer service!! Tried to claim I glued boxes closed, and would not refund me!! Don't shop here!
My thanks to the woman who helped me on Monday 4/24/23 in the Nashua store. It was great being helped by someone so kind and helpful. My wife loves the elephant I bought for her.
