I went in yesterday as my daughters bracelet that her granparents had bought her needed fixing. The manager was so wonderful, she replaced the bracelet and was kind, warm and efficient. Customer service is rare these days so I very much appreciated her kindness. Thank you.
I came to pick up an order. The 2 women at the counter were cold, no customer service skills at all. Ripped the gift box. You really have to train your staff to have basic skills, their attitude problem was borderline rude - I’ll never shop at your store again.
Only came in to pick up an order, but somehow still managed to feel completely unwelcome by the 2 girls :) It was just a quick pickup, but the cold attitude made me wonder if I had actually needed help or wanted advice, would they have even bothered to respond? Not the kind of service you’d expect from a brand like Swarovski 🤷♀️
