Visited Swarovski Albany on Sunday with my kids. Even though it was busy and only one staff member was working, she was super helpful and patient. She took the time to assist us and helped me choose the perfect gift for my mother in law. Really appreciated her great service!
Rudest shop staff. Kept me ages for waiting even though there were two staff members and only me in the store. Told me to go online then when I pressed and said no you have to go online. Didn't help didn't even look me in the eye when talking to me. Didn't smile one or two word answers to my question. I will never enter this store again.
Theres 2 ladyz work here one with glasses shes really perfectional on customer service. But the other lady with ice face really dont like customer service i dont know why shes working with that attitude . If you dont want work on sunday better stay home dont ruin others happy Sunday!!!
Bought my mother some earrings here and was very impressed with this store! Loved a lot of their jewellery. The woman serving us was very helpful and friendly - and was nice, even though I had a young noisy baby. Would buy here again.
