We were window shopping and we entered the store tried few pieces and didn’t find anything suitable the sales rep showed a very bad attitude after she realized that we didnt buy anything from her . this is not way she treats the customers
My boyfriend has gotten most of my jewelry from here and paid a pretty penny for them. The clasp to my bracelet broke and I had it for a year already. They would not fix it, they said they needed the original box and the receipt to fix crystals if they had been broken. The lady also said my bracelet had looked worn out so it could not be replaced, when all it needed was a cleaning.
