My boyfriend has gotten most of my jewelry from here and paid a pretty penny for them. The clasp to my bracelet broke and I had it for a year already. They would not fix it, they said they needed the original box and the receipt to fix crystals if they had been broken. The lady also said my bracelet had looked worn out so it could not be replaced, when all it needed was a cleaning. Really wish y'all would of had the Good luck troll in store
If i could leave 0 stars i would. Horrible customer service. The older lady didn’t ask me if i needed help with anything. She saw i was young and assumed i was going in there to waste her time. I saw this beautiful bracelet and i was trying to get her attention and nothing she finally turned around and said “you want to buy that” like what?? I just left it and walked out.
