Yeeilianna and Mouna were very kind and respectful and had amazing customer service! I came in to make a repair and was fully ready to pay for the repair, and due to their warranty policy they exchanged the ring and gave me a brand new one! Very seamless experience, I am very happy with this Swarovski store and their employees are amazing!
Mona, Mona, Mona! She is one of the best retail sales reps I've ever encountered. No pressure, fun and knowledable. I wasnt sure what I wanted but she has a great read on her customers. What I ended up choosing wasn't in store but she reminded me to go online, which I did! Thank you Mona!
