Horrible customer service! I’ve worked in customer service for over a decade and the girls in this store need training. I did not feel welcomed at all and there were 5 women in that store all gathered around the cash register. I was ignored so that the one girl could help the one other customer in the store. When I proceeded to the counter with my question about my bracelet that needed repair. I had a great experience at Swarovski! The entire process was easy and enjoyable, thanks to the amazing team. Brian, Tarah, and Maggie were all incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly.
