Swavorski is one of my FAVORITES! As far as brands go!! the customer experience is just as exquisite as the product. the team at this location makes it even better I always feel like I’m going over to my rich friends house. Came in to shop for my wife’s birthday gift. My wife picked up a bracelet from the display not knowing you can’t do that, cause one of the girls was busy on her phone and the other busy by the register, only to have one snatch it from my wife’s hand and put it away. Idk if they work by commission but she definitely not getting my business. Rude customer service. Beware.
I love this store because of Maggie, she helps a lot and my whole family shops from there because of her amazing service, she is great!!
Joey was extremely helpful with finding the watch I was looking for. Unfortunately the rest of the experience was awful. Had to have the watch adjusted. It ended up being too small so needed them to add back a link. Waited over an hour for this. Ended up taking the watch at the incorrect size and brought it elsewhere to correct.
Elisa is excellent. Great customer service. I was greeted by a young man upon arrival. I asked where the pens were located, and Elisa was more than eager to show me. She promptly asked me who the gift is for, and what is the occasion. When I told her, she condensed the selection of pens down to two choices, which we both collectively agreed on a beautiful blue pen.
