Swarovski stores have such beautiful wide selections of creations in most price ranges. Sales people know the products and ask the right questions to get the perfect gifts for you. Even better than a Jewelry store. Very pleased with my shopping experience at Polaris shop.
Liz the assistant manager is nothing short of amazing and sooo helpful and accommodating! she was the only person across all of the swarovski stores across ohio as well as customer service (completely unhelpful) to help me with the minor request that i had. she made it happen with ease. i was turned off with this brand until i called this store and talked to Liz. thank you!!! <3
