Love Swarovski so much! I brought an old necklace here a few years back that needed a replacement crystal. They sent it out for me and came back like new. Very helpful and such good quality jewelry.

I had a fantastic experience with Liz at Swarovski. Her attention to detail and personalized service are truly phenomenal. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The service in THIS store is extremely unprofessional and they are also very lazy. I have shopped at Swarovski ‘s all over the world, including New York and the associates know how to run transactions returns, etc. this particular store they come up with their own rules, they don’t know how to process transactions nor returns, and they make up stuff inconsistent and incompetent is their summarization

Came in looking for the 2024 Christmas ornament which they unfortunately didn’t have in stock yet. Although they didn’t have what I wanted, the sales associate was kind and answered a few questions about some figurines my fiancé liked.
