I will not step foot in here again. I've been in the store several times and each time I was constantly hovered over. Every time I even picked something up to look at it, I had an employee start talking to me about the piece and asking me questions, like what was the occasion I was looking for jewelry for, etc. This last time I was in there I simply picked up one ring and literally I turned around and the employee had a full tray of rings to show me. I recently visited Swarovski and purchased three bracelets, spending around $600. Overall, I had a positive experience, which is why I’m leaving 5 stars. I’ve been a loyal customer for a while and usually receive excellent service, especially from a blonde associate who is always very welcoming and helpful. This was hands down one of the worst and most insulting customer service experiences I’ve ever had. While shopping at this Swarovski location with my friend, one associate decided to hover over us nonstop, following us from case to case like we were under surveillance. We were not given a single moment of space to browse on our own. Instead, we were stared at and watched in a way that was blatantly judgmental and degrading, as if we were suspected of stealing simply for existing in the store. I strongly recommend staying clear of the Swarovski store at Woodfield Mall. This is not based on a single bad moment, but on how blatant disrespect was handled and then allowed to continue. I was a loyal customer of Swarovski at Woodfield Mall for years. I regularly bought gifts for my wife there. I liked the aesthetic and understood exactly what I was buying, fashion jewelry.
