I’m not sure what the negativity is about. I went in looking for a gift for my sister and they were very helpful. I think the one star reviews are the people coming here mad about something else and taking out on the employees. The Latina woman was very helpful, help me fully decide without being too pushy. Overall I say it was a good vibe and they’re doing great for being pack.

I dropped off an order to get repaired 8-22-25. They told me it was going to be 6 to 8 weeks to find out if my order could be repaired or not. The sales associate was not optimistic that it could be fixed. And I understood that. However I just purchased this bracelet for almost $200 maybe 3 months prior to this moment in the Seattle airport. Didn’t understand how the reviews could be mostly negative until I made a trip out there to check out some items in person. Wanted to compare a few items before purchasing a gift. The woman with dark roots and I guess blonde hair and grey brow (yes tatted) was rude from the jump - this is Swarovski which is the Coach of jewelry stores - costume jewelry basically; but her snobby attitude with the eye rolls were just screaming repulsiveness. Product availability: 0 stars The employee (I think her name is yusra) should keep her “nose” out of people's business and avoid asking irrelevant questions, unless it's about what I want to buy. I'm not unfriendly, but I'm a customer, not an acquaintance. More respect, please.
