i walked into the story planning to buy a necklace and it took a bit of time just to get assistance ( it was only two other people in the store ). i eventually got help after a long time of waiting but they didn’t even carry the necklace in store but oh well

My wife wanted to stop by here after we finished eating at a restaurant inside Glendale mall. We came a little after lunch time on a weekend so they were busy. When we walked inside, a worker greeted us and asked if we needed any help. I told her we were just browsing so she left us be. They had some great jewlery on display and the pricing will vary depending on what you're looking for.

LITERALLY, go to any other location except this one. I went in on Tuesday to purchase a ring for my mom. My mom really liked a ring but they didn’t have the ring in the metal and size she wanted, so the employee offered to call up the Beverly Center location and TRANSFER the ring my mom wanted to this location. I took her up on the offer to save myself the trip of driving down to Beverly myself. She told me it would take 3 days and 5 days pass with no updates, so I decided to call the store. I was eager to look at pieces to purchase. Walked in and noticed there were a couple people being helped. I waited a while, hoping to get an employee to greet me and let me know that they’d help me next. I walked around the store 3 times and no one welcomed nor offered to help. I left and ended up at Pandora. :)
