My husband and I stopped in with one of our friends a little before 1300 on the 17th. Rude and and unprofessional seller… I cloud not believe Swarovski hire such uneducated and rude person
They have a terrible return policy. My bracelet broke after 2 weeks and they would not exchange it or fix it because I did not have the original receipt.
Spoke with Kenwood store representative and she was so helpful. She patiently tried to resolve my on-line order issue then invited me to come in to look at different options in-store.
