I went to the store at 10:15am (supposed to open at 10:00am). The woman saw me attempt to open the door and just ignored me. I then called and watched her look at the phone until she finally decided to answer it. I then asked her what time the store opened and she barked, "NOW." She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in doing her job. I will only purchase online from this point forward.
Young lady was the only one working in the store and no other customers were there, yet she still acted as if she didn't want to assist me. I felt very uncomfortable and not welcomed in this store therefore I left without purchasing anything. Treat every customer like they matter to help more business to come here.
Marigona has such great customer service. I will be coming here frequently for more jewelry for my wife.
