The dark skinned black girl in the store is a snob. Her attitude is rude and assuming. Her tone is disingenuous. She was very short with me and not helpful. It’s town center, so I went to Nordstrom’s instead. Swarovski management, please do something about her. The reviews are clear. Picked up my bracelet
I went in there looking to build a stack that would compliment my wedding ring and band. The staff asked me if it were real diamonds on my wedding rings. I answered yes, but I just wanted to look at options as I had purchased Swarovski earrings and bangle for my wedding. She then proceeded to ask me if it were natural or lab.
