Picked up my bracelet
I went in there looking to build a stack that would compliment my wedding ring and band. The staff asked me if it were real diamonds on my wedding rings. I answered yes, but I just wanted to look at options as I had purchased Swarovski earrings and bangle for my wedding. She then proceeded to ask me if it were natural or lab. I went to the store at 10:15am (supposed to open at 10:00am). The woman saw me attempt to open the door and just ignored me. I then called and watched her look at the phone until she finally decided to answer it. I then asked her what time the store opened and she barked, "NOW." She was extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in doing her job. I will only purchase online from this point forward.
