Came to return an item that was a week old and they refused to take it back. Janeer caught an attitude right away and ask us to leave. It was weird because we were all very calm. Idk. Would never do business with them again. Very unprofessional. And they jewelry clearly turns colors within the first week.
Bad costumer service
bought a ring and within 10 days it already started changing colors and they refused to do a return on it
I've been shopping at Swarovski for over 10 years. The manager Jen usually helps me but she wasn't there.There were a couple kids there that apparently didn't know what they were doing,and laughed in my face. They said I can make the return then another woman came back from what looked like break and said no we are 2 days to late to return. I have been a loyal customer for many years spent thousands of dollars and I wasn't even listened to. I was laughed at.
