I've been shopping at Swarovski for over 10 years. The manager Jen usually helps me but she wasn't there.There were a couple kids there that apparently didn't know what they were doing,and laughed in my face. They said I can make the return then another woman came back from what looked like break and said no we are 2 days to late to return. I have been a loyal customer for many years spent thousands of dollars and I wasn't even listened to. I was laughed at.

First off I love Swarovski,I own 50 plus pair of earrings. I bought a 300 dollar pair Feb 28.I went in to exchange for a different pair because they are defective. When I try on the back doesn't stay on. First we asked if it was OK they told us yes go ahead and find something. I did for the same price. Nothing exceptional, in terms of the variety of Swarovski products available at the store. Staff are helpful, but are different on every visit (or so it seems) - so that can be a challenge if you're going to ask questions (if staff are always new, how much do they really know about the products, right?) Stop by if you're in the mall - those Swarovski figurines are always fun to look at...I have my eye on that Batman, but may need to trade in my car to afford it! 🤣 Ah well, who needs a car, anyway... Made a return on April 18th and was told it possibly wouldn’t work because the return was put in manually. I originally purchased with cash and put the remaining balance on my card. Instead of refunding it in the same way, the employee attempted to put it all back onto my card. She gave me the store number and told me to call in a few days if it did not appear on my bank statement.
