This was my first successful video appt with this doctor. She was timely and friendly. She answered all of my concerns and explained labs and test results plainly for improved understanding. She considered my input on changes and we made our plan together. I have already recommended a client to her. It was a pleasant experience. Bravo
Visited Dr Rai for Diabetes consultation. The Ochsner facility is State of the art. Check in was fast and seamless. The wait time to see Dr Rai was less than 15 minutes. Dr Rai was pleasant and took her time learning about my condition. Gave me all the time I needed for any questions. Will be returning and would recommend.
