Dr. S. Batra is an excellent health professional. I have been her as patient (our family) for 18 years!!!! She really care and has a very important human-professional characteristics: she is aware about cultural diversity in medical and illness. Excellent physician!
Worst Dr I’ve ever been too! First of all, she ignored my test results when I obviously had a infection, second of all my mom demanded a mri and after I got it done I was sent to the ER for an inflamed gallbladder which was a life or death situation. If I would’ve listened to her and ignored it who knows what could’ve happened! I will never recommend her and highly hope she retires soon.
Mrs. Batra diagnosed me with appendicitis . When everybody diagnosed me with the flu, my appendix almost burst , she saved me from so much paid.
I wanted to get my regular pap smear, I called UMC and their available appointment was in two years. However, I needed to do it sooner. I called Dr. Batra’s office and her staff gave me an immediate appointment. I visited her and she listened to all my concerns carefully. I also needed to visit a OBG specialist but it was hard to take an appointment from them. Dr. Batra directly called them to provide me an immediate appointment.
