I really like Dr. Goday; however, the office NEVER answers their direct phone line so I leave a message. They NEVER call me back. 13 days ago Dr. Goday told me that the nurse would put in an order for me to get a bone marrow biopsy. Not only have they not done it yet but they don't return my calls. No explanation as to why. This isn't the first time this sort of thing as happened here at this office in Southlake. I have decided to change doctors because of the lack of communication with office and nurse.
My mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Colorectal Cancer at the end of March, from a routine colonoscopy. In April we met Dr. Goday & her staff at the Southlake location and they have been nothing but Angels to my mom & I through this journey. Information was incorrect and my data in my medical file was incorrect. Choice Cancer Care was shut down and no one wants to talk about why. Now The Center for Tx took over and my data is wrong. Records and diagnosis date was WRONG. It has been 3 months and I still do not have accurate records from treatment due to their bad data transfer when they bought out the company. I cannot get refills because their old fax is not being monitored. This doctor knew my records were wrong and my information was incorrect and avoided my p... read more
