I liked the doctor a lot. He was attentive and seemed to genuinely care. My problem is with getting an appointment scheduled or even a return call. I needed a procedure and the insurance pre-approval cleared, but the clinic never followed up with me. I have called and left a half dozen messages and no one ever returns my call. All I want is an appointment and they won't give it to me.
Very difficult to schedule appointments. Waited on hold. Selected the option to be called back—when they called, I just got to the annoying hold music and ads, and then they hung up.
Very clean office and appointments are on time. Dr Deo rocks
I think she is a great Dr very willing to listen to me I just loved that I recommend her very much
