Valerie was so incredibly rude. She wasn't listening to my questions and then just kept repeating herself. Even when I would reword my question she just kept repeating "wait a minute wait a minute wait a minute." Why would anyone want to be a patient at a place where the first person you talk to is rude. Even if the doctors are great I wouldn't deal with that kind of person.
