I have become disabled & even with Dr's letter Ford Credit would not break my lease. Luckily swapalease came to my rescue. Fred Jones helped me with the listing & getting a lot of pictures posted. Jeff Effington helped me through the process when I had my 1st potential buyer. However the Ford process took to long for her. But yay, I got another who bought it &;several who were interested. Thanks for your help!
Have had zero luck with them as a seller. Got a few initial inquiries but after I promptly respond to them, it's crickets. Offered a cash incentive, and no bites. I would not recommend this service if you have a higher end car like a Porsche. Their customer service is pretty speedy with fixing any issues and answering questions so I'll give them 2 stars instead of 1. Not sure if LeaseTrader would be any better.
I called last month inquiring about getting out of my lease, I was told to respond to an email to authorize the transaction. I never responded to the email and followed up that I wouldn't need their services as I handled my lease on my own. I have tried several times to get in touch with customer service regarding a refund. Poor customer service and no follow-up. It's been a month, and I am still waiting for a refund.
Cherie was great when it came to helping me list my vehicle through swap a lease . Very easy to work with and gave me an easy breakdown for the whole process . Thank you Cherie for all your help !
