The site is not up to date whatsoever. After you pay for your membership, you only get a handful of opportunities to contact People about their lease it is impossible to get in touch with anybody from Customer Service for help. It’s a complete waste of time. There aren’t any good options. No one to help you don’t waste your money or time
Fred Jones was inept and over promised and under delivered. I feel like i was scammed by Fred and swap a lease. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
Marc was a great help in having another party assume my dad’s auto lease. This is a great alternative versus turning a lease in to auto dealerships, who are not inclined to participate in this market with any real fair solution to the lessor. Nice to know another can utilize an excellent vehicle such as the one we sadly had to relinquish.
