After you have somethint wrong with harness they ghost you
Absolutely horrible quality. Harness actually melted and caught on fire. #Edit....it caught fire because the harness was wired incorrectly and had a direct short. You guys know that, and were supposed to replace the harness and the MAF that melted but then ghosted me. Your warranty is worthless and quality is known to be horrible.
Read the reviews for yourself. This place is the worst to deal with. Save yourself the headache of dealing with Andy and go talk to professionals at PSI. If you’re looking for support and staff this is not the place,
As mentioned by many others. The harness I received looked decent but several of the plugs were wrong and the parts were cheap and pure junk. When I could finally get in touch with someone they would send wrong parts after waiting weeks n months. They may be short handed but it’s been this way forever. I am stuck with a $2000 harness that’s junk.. ended up going with spear tech! They are wonderful with tech support!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST BUSINESS I HAVE EVER DELT WITH. THINGS STARTED OUT GREAT BUT AFTER MY HARNESS ARRIVED PARTS OF THE HARNESS WOULNT REACH CERTIAIN SENSORS. THE TRANSMISSION SECTION OF THE HARNESS WOULDNT REACH AT ALL. I HAD TO REMOVE ALL LOOM MATERIALS AND RE LOOM TO CORRECT THIS. I HAVE DELT WITH BENT PINS, PUSHED OUT PINS, PINS IN THE WRONG LOCATIONS. I WAS TOLD WHEN I ORDERED THAT THE HARNESS WOULD BE DYNO TESTED. I WAS IMPRESSED WITH THAT. NO WAY WAS MY HARNESS DYNO TESTED. I SENT 5 EMAILS AND CALLED THIS PLACE 20 TIMES... read more
