Great dental practice. Been going to see Jag for years to have my teeth sorted. Wouldn't go anywhere else, friendly, excellent, professional treatment every visit.
I have been to see Sarah The Hygienist today & nursing with her was Kez. I had a very positive experience & found Sarah to be very knowledgeable & informative & Kez to be very patient & excellent with the suction. Through oral hygiene instruction & correct tepe sizing I have greatly improved my gum health & I am very grateful for that.
I highly recommend going to Swanwick Dental Practice! All of the dental hygienists are lovely and reassuring, and the dentist Jag is excellent. Jag listened to all my concerns and did not pressure me into spending money I didn't need to, he's very kind and his work was absolutely amazing. His dental work has changed my life, and made me so much more confident - thank you again!
I went into this dentist the other day as my husband has been suffering with pain with one of his teeth. i got looked up & down by the receptionist as i walked in, i asked if i could book my husband an appointment & she just kept saying she's struggling for dates, the next available one wasn't till sept, but she just kept looking at her screen, not giving me dates or times. The receptionist didn't make me feel welcome at all, won't be returning.
New Hygienist, Just back from a 6 monthly check up, I must say the new Hygienist is a really superb lady, a brilliant addition to an already brilliant team. Thorough and professional. Thank you. Mark
