They diagnosed and fixed my van quickly, at a reasonable price with excellent communication and transparency. I will definitely go back.
We called 4:30pm on a Friday as my car came up with a low oil pressure alert. Terry was willing to at least look at the car and give us his opinion of things. He hooked it up, put it on the lift and gave a good look over for us. Willingly stayed after hours to diagnose things.
Moved to Alex and needed car repair. Picked Swanstrom Auto and was amazed at there hospitality and speed of service. If you want the best in Alex I strongly recommend Swanstrom.
On a late Friday afternoon, while traveling, we found a leak in our coolant system. Swanstrom's took a look, found a part, and we were back on the road by 5 pm. Thanks for the great work! Thanks for being good people who help other folks in a pinch, we appreciate that too.
