A loved one recently passed and I was given one of his rings that was in pretty bad shape and it was way too big. I've heard good things about Swanson's over the years so I decided to bring it in to them. Let me say, if I could give this business 10 stars I would. I was quoted 1 to 2 weeks for the repair to be done but when I said I'd love to have it before my loved ones funeral they had it ready the next day! The ring itself looks flawless. Thank you so much for your exceptional customer service.
The first time my husband and I shopped at Swansons the experience was good, my husband left with a Seiko watch and was very happy with the service. We decided to use them to engrave a bracelet he had with our wedding date and our daughter's birthdate as well as order me a "push/mother's day" present. I can’t recommend Swanson’s Jewellers enough! Their craftsmanship and customer service are absolutely outstanding. They soldered my daughter’s chain perfectly, & carefully cut off my husband’s wedding ring and expertly resized it so it fits comfortably again. They also cleaned my earrings and four of my rings.
