I needed a bracelet fixed, a small ring fixed (just the back had cracked), and a chain cleaned. They told me it would take about a week and I didn’t get a call after a week so I called to check if it was done and they said it might be done by end of day or Saturday. I got no call on either day so I called again today and they said they aren’t sure when it’s going to be done first it was a week and then they assured me it would be done Saturday and now almost another week later they don’t know when it will be done. When you've been around a long time, it's because you are good at what you do. I bought my wife's engaged ring at Swansons over 30 years ago...we both forgot how long its been. That ring is still a beautiful piece today. We recently had Swansons fix and add a beautiful opal to our future daughter-in-law's ring. They did an amazing job at a reasonable price. We are not wealthy, by any means, so a business that offers a good product at a good value means everything these days.
I cannot recommend Swanson’s enough for anyone looking for a jeweller! After a different store damaged my engagement ring 2 days before my wedding and told me it couldn’t be fixed in time, I went to Swansons to see if there was anything that could be done so I could have my ring looking its best on my day. The staff there were amazing, they took my ring and got it fixed and looking better than ever the day before my wedding!
