Purchased a speed square set a 7” and 12” the 12” had casting defects in processing it. called the customer service number the lady asked me for a picture and they sent me a new one. Excellent customer service!!!
EDIT: I originally had a disappointed review here after the company never responded to my emails about my combo square missing the scribing tool, but I just called the number and they are sending me a new one free of charge. So respect for Swanson is back, they take care of you.
The new pro really stepped it up a notch!
