We engaged Swanson for a custom build, but the entire experience turned out to be incredibly disappointing. Since moving in seven months ago (December 2022), we have encountered numerous issues. Our roof has leaked twice, causing damage inside the house. The shower had a persistent leak that required a complete tear out and rebuild. We've had three door handles break, encountered landscape errors, experienced paint chipping, and dealt with broken screens, among other problems.
