Whatever happened to "Minnesota Nice"? I found Dr. Swanson online and was excited to book an appointment. I called up and spoke to Kayla. She stated that he is booked solid for the next two months. That's understandable but she never offered to put me on a wait list or let me book a future appointment. Instead, she said I should call around and look for another dentist.
