I have consistently had a great experience working with Tim, Annie, Lori, Buffy, and Emily at Swanson, Bevevino & Sharp. Their team is always professional, communicative, thorough, and genuinely kind throughout every interaction. They take the time to ensure everything is handled properly and keep all parties informed, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service.
Unfortunately, I had retained an attorney, Tim Bevevino, for a property / boundary / easement matter. Mr. Bevevino requested a certain retainer fee, and within 2 months of a judicial trial date, he bluntly said he would need a minimum of $16,000 more to move forward.
