Kurt is a great guy, friendly, quick and honest. Always have had good dealings with him.
Went for emissions test it was quick
Very straightforward and honest mechanic. I've asked for preventive services they could have completed and billed me for, but the owner talked me through why he would wait on it and save the money, where a lot of garages, I believe, would simply take the money. I will continue to use Swanson for my cars.
This garage is the best. Everyone is very pleasant. It’s very neat, clean and comfortable in the waiting room. The service attendant was so polite. They were super quick with my emissions test. I went there last time I was up for emissions and recommended them to a few people!
The mechanic was excellent but the customer service I received from the office manager was awful. She screamed at me in front of my 7 year old son and a room full of other customers. Never again.
