Went here for emissions testing after being ignored at another busy local station. The technician was courteous, the receptionist attentive and the waiting room was comfortable.
Upon my latest emission test, it was determined that my catalytic converter had failed. After the same day oil change at the Branford Jiffy Lube, I had asked where the best place would be to go as our regular auto shop had closed. My Dodge Ram needed a starter and the truck had a warranty. Like many warranty companies Lucci (office manager) was on the phone all day relentlessly trying to get them to take responsibility. After several hours of pursuing their Customer Care she finally got them to cover the part.
