The most honest and kind staff. Definitely bring your car here if you have any issues they will fix it quickly and for a fair cost. Luchi at the front desk was very efficient and nice, thank you. Highly highly recommend Swanson.
I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the moment I arrived and met with Luchi I was treated with respect and transparency. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained my options clearly, and completed the repair with great care. It’s refreshing to work with someone who truly values their customers. I’m extremely grateful and highly recommend their services! My car runs perfect and I won’t go anywhere else. Kurt and his team are great!
Had an automatic transmission issue about a month or so back, and hadn't found a mechanic since moving back to the area. My parents recommended Swanson, these are the folk they go to. I had a great experience. The owner was very helpful and honest, answered all my questions, and turn around was very quick, car has been running smoothly ever since. They're a little bit further away from where I live than I'd like, but making the trip for quality service is worth it.
Very friendly staff and a comfortable waiting area. Went to get my emissions done and was in and out minutes. I definitely recommend them.
Honestly not impressed. extremely underwhelming level of service. I was there for a basic oil change . The technician who serviced my vehicle was extremely sloppy (left grease boot mark stains on my carpet that I had to scrub out) sneezed all over my steering wheel so I had a film of mucus droplets all over my dashboard, he also overfilled my oil that I had to return to have oil drained.
