Upon my latest emission test, it was determined that my catalytic converter had failed. After the same day oil change at the Branford Jiffy Lube, I had asked where the best place would be to go as our regular auto shop had closed. My Dodge Ram needed a starter and the truck had a warranty. Like many warranty companies Lucci (office manager) was on the phone all day relentlessly trying to get them to take responsibility. After several hours of pursuing their Customer Care she finally got them to cover the part. This was finally done at the end of the day and to my surprise the starter was installed during after normal business hours. Thank you Lucci and the mechanics at Swansons! Over the years this his garage has proven to be honest time and time again. I've been coming here since 2020 when I was new to the area. Once, our check tire pressure light was on, which my wife mistook for the check engine light. At some point the warning light went off, since this warning can be a bit fickle in a Subaru Forester. They also ran tests but could not find any thing wrong with the vehicle and there was no charge. All that was wrong was our tires needed air. That is honesty. Thank you, Swanson!

I originally had my vehicle checked at the Jeep Dealer in North Haven. They indicated that my vehicle had all sorts of issues and wanted to charge me a fortune. When I had Swanson do the diagnostic they found that I just needed brakes and charged me for the brakes. The dealer was trying to charge me thousands of dollars for fraudulent work. Swanson is an honest shop and I highly recommend it for your automotive needs.

I see your response about you would love to know who I am and my reason for giving you 3 stars. That by not being specfic it doesnt help a business to improve. Thank you for a quick response. My ratings are always able to be changed but from my last visit it's a 3. I always just get emissions here, this time I needed help.
