I missed one appointment after being with this practice for over a decade. I'd been called into work due to an urgent problem and couldn't attend. The practice decided to remove me. When I tried to book another appointment I was told I'd been removed and the books are now closed. My family are treated here yet this accounts for nothing. Terrible customer service and an awful way to treat a loyal customer.

Since having Cath as my dentist, I have never looked back. Cath provides me with individualised holistic care every visit and the advice she provided has ensured I maintain maximum oral hygiene, enabling me to keep teeth I know and have lost in a different practice.
