Best body shop by far.
I had a booking from insurance to get my partner’s car assessed. The receptionist asked for my rego and my insurance company. She was quite unapologetic, telling me I didn’t have a booking and to come back next week (without offering me another booking). My partner called insurance, they confirmed we did in fact have a booking. So I went back and coincidently they didn’t have an assessor that day, I’m assuming that’s why I was turned down and they hadn’t called any customers to let them know. Great repair and spray job on silver i30 . Car was ready as advised. The receptionist was terrific to deal with when 13cabs failed to arrive for the car to be picked up within opening hours. Owner picked me up the next morning to get the car thank goodness! Thank you.
We had our car repaired by these guys and they were just wonderful, all the work was done on the time promised and even better they clean and vacuum the car. It looks like new again. I can't praise the boys enough.
