DO NOT STAY HERE! 18.03.25 Manager is rude. Room stinks like urine. Asked Manager for Glen20 and reason why, got told it’s not urine and I don’t know what I’m talking about. He’s been here 17 years and never heard this, read the reviews, wish we did! Steep stairs up to second story, noisy stairs and walls are thin as paper. I could hear the guy next door pass wind. Room is small and dated. Ocean view was a small snippet from the corner of the balcony. Location to beach and town is all that makes this dump worthwhile!
Thought we had booked a villa only to find out we were booked into a tiny room up 25 stairs in the main building lugging heavy bags. Towells thin as tea towells, one 20C size piece of soap for the two of us. Walls as thin as the towells and a bed that groaned everytime you moved. Glad to check out first thing in the morning. Double check the accommodation when booking. Horrible experience.
Can you give zero stars? If you have mobility or health issues don’t go. Rooms are all second floor up a narrow 20 step one person staircase. Manager is rude would not assist and just blamed the booking agency. My wife uses a walker/wheelchair would have taken 20 minutes to get upstairs and have had a heart attack on the way
Old and tired, creaking floors, thin walls. No lift,just steep stairs.
Booked and paid online(booking.com) . We arrived my girlfriend went to check in and the manager was so disgruntled that it was booked online that she actually asked him if we were able to stay or not! After getting the room key we went up the noisiest stairs I've ever heard into a room that was so cramped it might have well been a caravan . It smelt old stale carpet.
