What an abysmal BMW Motorrad dealership, the worst I have visited in the UK and Europe. Numerous folk chatting in an office, walking directly past me, not one word of welcome / engagement etc. For the record I have just sold my tenth BM. To sum-up farcical and a shower to say the very least Dr Rob Nicholas
Bought BMW G310R with a refundable deposit, had to harass them to refund my deposit took almost 3 weeks when said it would be 3 days.. called them up constantly, nothing, had to go sit and wait for it. They didn’t even process it! No apologies nothing.
