Honestly pretty shocked at how bad the service was here. The ladies on the front desk were nice but i was waiting with my grandfather for his appointment with Dr Prabhakar for over an hour. Luckily we didn’t have anywhere else to be that day but it’s such a waste of our day. For my grandfather that struggles to sit in these chairs as well, it was pretty bad. I hope someone sees this and can fix their system. My advice, go somewhere else for your GP needs.
Caring staff and good doctors that go out of their way to help you. Not a crazy long wait time or overbooked.
"Love Thy Neighbour" A heartfelt thank you to the team at the Swansea Medical Centre who took me in, just a random guy off the street with a busted finger in need of immediate care, and cleaned and dressed my wound. I'm old enough to remember when people helped each other simply because it was the right thing to do. Brilliant staff great facilities and a pathology service on site.
I have always found the service from the doctors and nurses including the receptionists to be great.
