this office does not know policies and laws in place since 2010 that are their to provide faster services to patients. They will yell at you (Victoria J), create billing issues for you to sort out over the course of 8 months, or will deny you medical courses of action recommended by the CDC. This office is a joke and does the bare minimum for anyone who enters. If finding a new primary care physician wasn’t so hard I would have left years ago.
I am retired Air Force my primary-care doctors were always in constant flux since they were young Air Force first year doctors in transition to another assignment (most military member reading this know exactly what I'm saying). Since I live in the Belleville area and as I am getting older my daughters suggested that I find a local "Old Man" internal medicine doctor. Dr. John English is my father’s doctor, and he is wonderful. He listens and never tries to rush out of the room if we have questions. Even though my father is hard of hearing at age 96, Dr. English shows him the respect of speaking to him and including him rather than just talking “around” him. His treatment helps my father, and I only wish we had found Dr. English years before we did.
My husband and I both see Dr. English and we think Dr. English and his staff, especially nurse Mindy are absolutely fantastic! I was always skeptical about seeing a male doctor but I’m so glad my husband talked me into going to see Dr. English after my car accident. Dr. English tells you the truth and his treatment plans are on point . If you are looking for a new PCP we highly recommend Dr. English.
My mom's Dr. is Dr. English. He doesn't care about my mom, he cares about how his treatment to his patients makes him feel good about himself. He got my mom off her pain pills as promised, she's still in constant pain but at least she's off her pills. Currently she has a constant cough, it sound horrible and she can't sleep. The coughing pill she has now isn't working so he sent her in cough syrup, which is the same as the pill and works the same. It doesn't.
