Bought a £300+ HD jacket in 2021, zip failed, contacted before Christmas to enquire about repair/warranty, promised email back which never happened rang again today to be told that there was nothing they could do. Won’t be buying any other HD products in the future.
Just had a fault repaired under warranty. First class service, very friendly staff. Very quick turnaround Recommended.
