Just awful! I was initially contacted by phone after making inquiries online, I was told over the phone they could get me a better spec car than I hoped for with my budget so they booked me in, when I arrived for the appointment they kept me waiting for 40 minutes at which point they tried to find someone else to assist me only to tell me a few minutes later no else was available, I was just about to leave when my intended sales executive approached me and asked if I could just wait a couple more minutes which I did reluctan... read more
Chris the manager for parts department absolutely useless blaming the parts team for giving me the wrong info, clearly not a good manager when he’s saying there’s a £1000 limit but staff are saying £2000 limit. Wouldn’t let me order parts after travelling an hour to come pay for parts in store as advised by Barry because there was only an hour left before they close. Absolutely useless parts manager all the big talk behind the phone leaving parts staff to deal with customers. Chris probably been bullied when he was young.
Just had an amazing experience at Audi Swansea I went in to hopefully find my next car and couldn't be happier with the service I received. Shaun, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly helpful and informative throughout the entire process. Couldn’t complain about the service we receive at Audi! The second time we have purchased though Audi with Tim and he has always given 110%! My parents and I have recently bought two Audi Q4 E-tron’s and he was great throughout the whole purchase of both. Thank you for being great and personalising this experience for us!
