Reviewed in Aug 2021 My review is long and not even sure where to start. 1. Miss handled my blood work, as was left unlabeled on a counter and was not able to use it. 2. Was lied about the results of a test taken. I was told the test showed no positive signs of bacteria and that maybe we should take the test again on which I did. When I checked my portal of Quest Diagnostic, it had indicated there were unable to perform the test at all. The 2nd test was taken and received the results. 3. The carpet in the waiting area is fil... read more

This was a very good facility until the staff doctor died and his PA left for Greenville. After that there were various doctors there and even some called health care providers (whatever that means). They recently got a new doctor and he treated my bronchitis and gave me breathing treatments. I got much better and was so happy to at least have a competent doctor at this facility. Had an appt. for follow up but in the meantime had managed to hurt my hip. The doctor didn’t even listen to my chest. I told him about the hip pain... read more

1 star is too much, there should be a no star option for places like this. I went here on a Saturday because I was sick, and being new to the area did not have an established doctor. After checking in, I waited in the lobby for 45 minutes. After finally being called back, I was ushered into a room where I was left alone for 55 minutes with the door closed without being checked on. I threw up once in that time, and really needed some water but didn't complain when they at last came in to provide medical care. Before the docto... read more

The employees are rude and incompetent. Expect this and you will not be disappointed. Seek another clinic or hospital emergency room for treatment.

I have a son with asthma and the doctor doesn't seem to understand what an inhaler is or the difference between an inhaler or nebulizer. I've been fighting for a week now to get an inhaler and they are STILL telling me abuterol viles for a neb will work with the inhaler spacer?? WOW! What is my four year old suppose to do, drink the viles? Thank goodness I have asthma and have been able to use my inhalers for him, unfortunately he can't go to school still because they need HIS INHALER in the nurses office. I don't know how t... read more

My family and I have been patients of Dr Withrow for ~30 years. he's a very caring professional doctor who carefully assesses his patients. Some of the people on this board sound like they believe they have more medical knowledge and experience than a highly trained physician, and get upset when they don't get what they think they need, instead getting what they actually medically need (which may simply be aspirin and bed rest :0). Others report problems with paying their bills, and don't seem to understand procedures presen... read more

I would not recommend this office to anyone for any reason. The first impression upon entering the office is that it smells musky and dirty. They are extremely understaffed. Although I've never seen more than one other patient in the office, they are always "too busy" to listen, to care or to give individual attention in any way. The staff is rude and I always felt that I was bothering them for even being there. A simple referral took three weeks for them to make, also because the nurses were "too busy" to make the referral.... read more

I went to this office for the first time as a walk-in and found the staff very nice and helpful. I was taken back in very short order and saw a new Nurse Practitioner they hired. She was very thorough and helpful. Can say enough about them and would highly recommend them!!!!

Was seen at Duke for a condition and was told about a separate viral condition to have my doctor look into. Told SWB Medical that Duke recommended I be tested for a viral condition. Was luteraly told, "We're not Duke, but you don't have anything viral." Moved out of state, went to a new doctor, told them about this, they immediately tested me that day, and within two days found out I had an existing viral condition, and had had it in the past. How on earth do you dare practice medicine and by view alone, tell someone they do... read more
