Was there for 5 1/2 waiting on blood work onlyto find out that haven't draw blood yet but tell us waiting on the dr to go over it terrible service on 9-4-26 one women was there fro 11 am and finally left a little after 5 and still wasn't seen yet and left we also left without being seen. How can a emergency and trama center with one Dr on duty
We were traveling and had an emergency with our dog, you guys really came thru when we were concerned. It was a Sunday and you took us immediately! You assessed her and treated her exactly the way our hometown vet would have! I highly recommend you!
Thankful that they were able to get my dog in last minute. The whole staff was very nice and caring. Made the process as smooth as it could be. Would definitely recommend.
Called this morning because our dog was having some troubles. The receptionist was so polite as I was literally having an emotional breakdown over the phone. She was patient and I appreciate that. We came in. They took Boss back right away. The Doc came and explained everything. They knew we were having a hard time and offered so many things to make our last few minutes Comfortable with him.
