This was the perfect surprise of amazingness! Honestly, I saw an add on instagram and saw baby animals. That's all that I knew before going there and after purchasing tickets. Okay, first off, the bathrooms are so pretty and clean! Why might this matter to me? Taking your toddler is already hard enough in a tiny bathroom having multiple stalls so nice! Felt really irresponsible and unethical watching all these baby animals being relentlessly mishandled all day by children. Saw ducklings dropped on the ground from high up, kittens and puppies crying. Just the absolute misery of being held against their will nonstop by hundreds of people, especially children who don’t know proper animal holding. It’s great that the puppies and kittens get adopted but there just has to be a better way than this. Unacceptable if you’re an animal lover.
I have 4 kids 10 and under and they all had a blast. Good conveniences and amenities for parents too. Limited tickets kept lines and crowds down. 10/10
