Brutal. My father waited 16 months as he died from cancer (we found out 15 mos in). When my father got his diagnoses (2-4mos), I went in. I approached the Karen at the counter with ease initially. She asked who my father was, I I said his name, she sighed emphatically and rolled her eyes. Hurtful doesn’t begin to explain it. I got angry, bu I’m glad I did. Came in to inquire about their services to set something up with the 200 clients I work with. I didn’t even get a chance to speak to anyone. Overhearing the way the secretary spoke to another client of theirs, I won’t set foot in there again. I don’t normally give bad reviews but this is a warning to people to enter with caution.
Great place, friendly staff, wouldn't go anywhere else.
