I purchased a SUV from Swans. Before I drove off the lot there was an issue with the key. The owner said he would take care of it. Kip had someone come out to reprogram the key. Yet I am still having the same issues since I got this vehicle in March. I have called and he’s busy. No call backs. They are supposed to close at 6. Went there they were closed at 3.
