The receptionist at SwanPool Medical Centre is the worst receptionist. She never gives appointments to anyone. Whenever you go to there, even if you stand in line at 8 am, she says the appointments is full. Even if you call at 8 am, she still says the appointments is full. I don't know why management are not controll the system ? Even if we ask her to give us the prescription for a medicine, she does not give it. For the las t 2 weeks I have been looking for appointments and I can’t get one , staff are very rude to me, Everyday at 8 they tell me call tomorrow at 8 are you serious? And never get me an appointment. If you need a doctors don’t sign up in this medical centre. It’s an absolute joke I stil can’t believe the way they treat me and everybody you only have to look at the reviews
This is the worst doctors of all times , I have been trying 2 weeks to get one appointment to see a doctor as I’m in pain and need medication from them I’ve called everyday at 8 oclock in the morning for the last 12 days and still don’t have an appointment this doctors needs to be knocked down !! They honestly don’t care about anyone
I can understand if the centre and the doctors are always fully booked. What I can't understand, however, is the condescending way the staff speak to people. I know what terrible service looks and feels like; this, however, is bad healthcare service on steroids.
I wouldn’t even give it one star, your told to call at 8 I got through at 4 minutes past 8 not greeted with a hello not even asked what the issue is just answered the phone to me and immediately told there are no appointments available I’ve now resorted to sorting me and my 5 year autistic child with private health care, the receptionist are unbelievably rude I cannot fathom how they still have jobs they should be utterly embarrassed by the way they speak to people
