Great customer service everyone has been friendly and very helpful
Julia and the other customer service members are friendly, professional and they answered all my questions. The facility is just off the main road and all the units are drive up (Swannanoa) with plenty of turning space so it's very accessible. Top notch experience.

Ever since new owners took over it’s awful. Prices keep increasing; messing up renters insurance and charging for coverage you already provided proof of; no means of cleaning out the dust and mud of the units post hurricane has been provided; gates left over for a couple of weeks. Multiple entities manage this storage facility now. Customer service sounds like they help on the phone but no follow through. Then the next year the same issues arise and you have to make phone calls to get things back in order. Terrible.
