I what to give a shout out to the staff at Swannanoa Cleaners on Merrimon Ave. I have been using this service since moving here in 2021 and my visit to their shop makes my day. I sent a few items there for dry cleaning. What I got was back atrocious. There was s dog hairs, still on my pants, ect. When asked was that the best that they could do. I got a sarcastic "yeah" from the non melanated employee. The cost was almost 57.00 for poor work. Stop patronizing businesses that don't appreciate you.
Highly recommend. Have taken clothes to them in the past and appreciated their service before but they outdid themselves this time and took a filthy looking originally white jacket and restored it so well. Wish I had taken before pics for comparison but my jacket is pure white again, so so happy and appreciative! Yellowed dress and smaller shirt staim also fixed. They were great with communication along the way. Great turn around time.
