I’m so thankful for Swann Dermatology. Patsy is absolutely amazing and her nurses Caroline and Gracie are fantastic too!!
I rarely review medical offices or doctors. But the staff and NP Lori at the Hollister office are great.
Absolutely the worst health care experience ever! Waited for weeks for an appointment, ( I suspect because my only health insurance is Medicare as others I know with more insurance have gotten right in). The Dr assigned to me did not listen to my issues and even though I specifically said I didn't want pills and ointments as I have used these with no results yet he insisted on doing just that. First time seeing a dermatologist for acne I’ve struggled with for 10 years. Everyone in the office was so kind, honest, and straight to the point. I’m so glad I decided to come here!
1 very unprofessional my husband had skin cancer on his hand. they never called us to let us know what it was I made another appointment because it grew back. then refuse to remove it.
