I haven’t had my Swann cameras on my monitor for a while! I was happy with Alexis until I got Daniela (Dan) to help me! She was rude, hung up on me bc I didn’t understand her instructions! She called back but hung up after one ring b4 I could answer, then emails me that she tried to call back and tells me to call back!
Wish I could give no stars. As a new owner of these products I'm told I'm the 2nd owner and admin rights are not mine and was on phone for 2 hours being asked the same question only to be put on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Then get an email to prove I own the product with request to take pictures of serial numbers and information screen from DVR and a bunch of other things a new owner should not have to go through. I purchased my swaan security cameras system DVR8 5580G with PRO-4KWLB cameras 10/05/2021. Since had system been problems thru today and security cameras. Thru change Wi-Fi router they was something wrong with Wi-Fi then said was my cellphone I replaced both. Still having problems with swann system and swann security app on Google also. Blame Wi-Fi or my cellphone. Wow seriously again again Been thru so many technical support and exchanging cameras thru UPS mail. Give more excuses about everything. BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely, horrible customer service. You will never be able to speak with a human. Bought a dvr a few months ago and it is failing. They refuse to even have a conversation about it. BUYER BEWARE!
