As a nurse, Swan Lake Villa RCFE is one of my favorite facilities. I recently visited Swan Lake Villa RCFE and had a wonderful experience. The facility was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. The caregivers were attentive, compassionate, and genuinely cared about the residents’ comfort and well-being. Our mother is 87 years old and has been at Swan Lake Villas for 3 months now, and we feel beyond blessed. The care there is truly unreal. The staff is always so kind, loving, and they treat my mother — and all the residents — with such dignity, compassion, and respect. The communication with our family has been excellent, which brings so much peace of mind. Our mom was cared for in her last days at SLV. Owners of this beautiful, clean and well appointed home Andrew /Aurora are kind and the staff provided great care. The home is located in a nice suburb on a quiet street. Our mother was cared for and attended by caring staff who called her Oma-a term of endearment in our native language. The visiting hours allowed a good range of times for us to pop in and visit. There is never an odor that is common to care homes and that is a clear indication of the high standards in the home.... read more
I cannot begin to explain how important Swan Lake was to not only my 93 year old father, but our whole family. My father was immediately accepted as family on so many levels, culturally, physically, mentally and spiritually. The staff is always kind and gentle even in difficult circumstances. Not to mention, the grounds and home are immaculate. Thank you Swan Lake owner and staff.
