I've been coming to Morgan Contreas at Swanky Lash for 2 years now, & everything USED to be great! i've had her charge my card 2 times for 1 appointment, double-book over my appointment where i wait 15-30 mins or like today where I don't even get in. Swanky Lash is very unprofessional. when i told the manager, i was answered with shrugging shoulders & she continued to work on a client. Jessica has been super unprofessional and has taken clients money for a microblading service and not completed it. Instead of just giving her a refund or finishing he job, she has chosen to argue with the customer and flood the reviews on here with false positive ones to overshadow her bad reviews. Why do that when you could just own up and make it right? Doesn’t make any sense and is horrible business practice. Stay away.
