Amy and her staff did an amazing job catering my backyard 50th Birthday Bash! They customized a Caribbean themed menu and a divine Birthday cake! The set up, food serving, and clean up were seamless. They had plenty of staff that were professional and personable. They even had extras items and beverages in their trailer that I didn't anticipate needing or ran out of. The guests raved about the food! They were exceptional! Thank you SC!
